Right place, right time, right product ... no deductions

Retailers and Suppliers each feel pain and extra costs of "non-compliance" in their trading relationships. For Retailers, non-compliance can mean delays in getting the right goods to stores in a ready to sell state and can lead to lost sales, customer dissatisfaction and unnecessary logistics and processing costs. For Suppliers, the inability to adhere to retailer trading rules can lead to deductions that dilute profits, customer dissatisfaction and ultimately, diminished sales.

The VCF Compliance Clearinghouse is a collaborative effort between retailers and the Vendor Compliance Federation. The Clearinghouse has been created to provide vendors a more effective means of monitoring and managing changes to the retailer requirements for doing business with them, better known as Vendor Guides or Compliance Manuals.
